OBDK Shipping Terms

DOMESTIC US FIRST CLASS AND EXPEDITED DELIVERY INFORMATION

  • Upon placing your order, most orders are fulfilled within 48 hours. Delays could be caused by incorrect entry of addresses, purchase orders that do not include email addresses, and unforeseeable circumstances.
  • Domestic First Class Mail is typically received within 7 business days or 10 days from order date.
  • We offer two levels of EXPEDITED SERVICE that include:
    • 3-5 Business day service. We do not count Sundays and Holidays.
    • 2-3 Day service. This includes Sunday delivery.
    • IMPORTANT: 1PM PST cut off for 2-3 day service.

SHIPMENT PROCESS

  • Once order is placed and your information verified, we will ship your item within 48 hours.
  • Upon shipment, if you’ve provided an accurate email, you’ll receive a USPS or FEDEX notification.
  • Before contacting us to track your order, please refer to that notification and tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

  • The processing time is the same as domestic US orders with the following considerations:
    • Orders under 2 pounds will ship via USPS First Class mail with a 10-14 day delivery promise.This promise relies on your country’s Customs to efficiently process the shipment and release for delivery. In most cases, this has not been a problem but in the instance of labor disputes, natural disasters, and unforeseeable circumstances, it is not perfect.
    • Orders requested for Global Express include SAME DAY SERVICE and are typically received within 6-10 days.
    • Read the PROCESS OF SHIPMENT above for additional details on tracking.

IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS

If your product is returned to Owl Brand Discovery Kits for insufficient mailing instructions or incorrect address, we will attempt to correct the addressing information. You may be asked to pay the additional charges. In the event that you cancel the order, the charges would be withheld from any refunds due you.
